Recently got my roof replaced by Telge Roofing. Shaina was such a help in a long, arduous process. After putting thousands of dollars into patching my roof after storms and multiple denials from my insurance, Shaina helped me prove my case. Now I have a beautiful charcoal roof with upgraded shingles, new gutters, and a great warranty. It is a huge relief to finally have this situation handled, and I cannot recommend her enough! 10/10 experience.

We had several roofers come look at our roof because we had a leak. They told us that the vents were cracked and leaking, but none came back to do work on it. They just disappeared. My husband ran into one of the guys from Telge one day at the gas station and asked him about it. He was at our house the next day and got the job done. My son had a leak while he was out of state, so I called them. They sent someone out to put a temporary, emergency tarp on. They are all so nice and helpful. They will get the job done.

Josh and Emily were absolutely incredible to work with. We bought our house 3 years ago knowing we would need a new roof relatively soon. When derecho hit, it knocked off multiple shingles and created holes in our roof. We called Telge Roofing, and Josh and Emily came the next day to do a survey to file a claim with our insurance. Upon determining our roof needed to be redone, both Josh and Emily helped us fight to get full coverage through insurance. Once our insurance claim was finalized, we were even able to get some upgrades added into our roof (like a solar attic fan to help with our electric bill, an impact-rated form to lower our monthly insurance bill, and great warranty coverage). We will be recommending Telge Roofing to any friends and family in need of a roof and highly recommend it if you are in the market.

13 young men showed up at my house at 5:50 and were on my roof at 6:10, and by 8:10 my old roof was on the ground, and they started putting the new roof on. It was like a well-oiled machine. No one was shouting do this or that and no finger-pointing, just solid work like a well-oiled machine. So in 12 hours, they had put down 80 squares GAF certified and left like no one had been here. My hat off to the Telge Team.

Dominic was our Project Manager for our new roof. He was kind and professional. He came out several times to facilitate the installation of the new roof and worked closely with us to get the new roof installed ASAP even though we were having some rainy weather. The installation crew arrived bright and early and got to work. Dominic stopped by during the installation to check in as well. Roof looks awesome, excellent quality work. Would definitely recommend Telge Roofing.

I just got time to talk about my detailed experiences today... * I like the way Josh explained how they were going to handle my project. He was very honest with my questions and everything. * I was very nervous till they finished the project. It was my 1st time in life facing a roof change. The whole project team was also very patient during project day. * Slate (color) shingles balance out my brown color bricks/house. One roofer didn't want to offer me color options. Another roofer said "slate shingle is more expensive". * I also accepted Josh's advice and removed old gutters. When I reached out online to have someone come out, they responded almost immediately and Glenn and Xanthea came out that day (another company I reached out to never got back). Glenn has 25+ years in the industry and knows both sides (roofers and insurance) very well and is a master advocate for you. As I told him, he is a rock star. As my liaison, Xanthea kept me updated every step of the way and made sure all the 'I's were dotted and 't's crossed. Both Glenn and Xanthea are absolute professionals. The roofing crew was prompt and professional as well and came and went like they were never there (except they left behind a nice new roof). I had complete confidence in them the whole way and recommend without any hesitation!

Mr. Joey Shedd was my project manager, and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his crew. From start to finish, Mr. Shedd was involved in the entire process. I had a very difficult case involving insurance claims, Mr. Shedd worked with the insurance company and helped me get through the entire stressful and at times, frustrating process.
